Can I buy from you?

Haberdashery Wholesale is a wholesale only business to business organisation and as a result does not trade with members of the public.  Anyone is welcome to browse the site but trade pricing is only available to registered users.  In order to register as a trade user, details of your business will need to be provided and verified by ourselves.  If you are in business please click on the REGISTER link above to apply for a trade account.  Once verified, you will be sent an email confirming that you can log-in and view trade pricing. Please note that only businesses we are able to verify as trade users will be given access to our website. 

What is your MOQ?

All stocked items will be sent immediately. If we encounter stock shortages which prevent you meeting our MOQ of £150 excluding value added tax we will contact you to confirm lead times before holding your order until it is complete or you provide new stock you would like add to your order to meet our MOQ. If you would like us to advise you of any shortages to your order prior to dispatch upon meeting our MOQ please advise us via the Note section at checkout. We do not offer a back order service. 

Do you offer a sample service?

While we do not offer a sample service due to the volume of enquiries received, you can purchase samples of our products at www.scanlansarts.com

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via BACs or credit/debit card payments over the phone. We regret that we no longer accept cheques or postal orders.

 Do you share information with 3rd Parties?

No. When you place your order, we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address). We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. To fulfil your order with us we communicate with you by e-mail or telephone. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications in writing.

It's not the same colour on my screen?

We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on this website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.

When will I receive my order?

How do I pay?

Once your invoice is complete we will contact you for payment via BAC's or credit/debit card over the phone. We do not offer credit facilities or credit accounts and all goods remain our property until paid for in full.
